-  Giấy chứng nhận ĐKDN bản công chứng hoặc chứng thực còn thời hạn.

-  CMND/Hộ chiếu/Căn cước công dân bản gốc và bản photo của người đại diện pháp luật để đối chiếu.
 
-  Trường hợp ủy quyền: Văn bản ủy quyền gốc và CMND/Hộ chiếu/Căn cước công dân của người được ủy quyền bản photo và bản gốc để đối chiếu.
 
- Ký hợp đồng mua bán với chủ đầu tư: Đây là bước quan trọng nhất và là bước cuối cùng để hoàn tất quá trình mua bán căn hộ. Sau đó chủ đầu tư có nghĩa vụ làm sổ sở hữu căn hộ cho khách hàng.
